  • 2 ruas kunyit
  • 2 ruas jahe
  • 2 ruaslengkuas
  • garam (secukupnya )

Bumbu lainnya:

  • 2 lembar daun kunyit
  • 2 batang serai
  • 4 butir asam kandis

Cara membuat

Vegetarian Fried Noodles for 1 portion only.

120      grams             Egg Noodles (cooked al dente)

30        grams             Bok coy – sliced

30        grams             Tomato dice

30        grams             Cabbage, shredded

50        ml                    Vegetable stock / warm water

1          clove             chopped Garlic

1          piece             Leek, white stalk only, cut diagonally

2          tbsp                Oil


1          tsp                   Sweet Soy Sauce

1          tsp                   Salty Soy Sauce

1          tbsp                Oyster Sauce

½         tsp                   black pepper

                                    pinch of salt

Garnish                     Slice tomato and Cucumber


  • Heat the oil into a wok over a high heat, add garlic and chicken, and cook for 30 seconds.

  • Add cabbage, bok coy, leeks and vegetable stock, seasoning with all the sauces and pepper. Add the noodles. Cook until all ingredients mix thoroughly, for about 1 – 2 minutes. Last of all add the tomato cubes.

  • Remove from the heat and serve on a plate or bowl, and sprinkle with fried shallots.
